My training is a combination of various aspects of fitness, more so, Strength & Conditioning and CrossFit style training – building strength whilst actively moving the body faster to enhance better performance.
My prime focus is towards the overall performance of fitness and strength which is established through various training cycles for progression and development, such as: strength, endurance, conditioning, functional etc – what ever the goal may be, cycles of training are incorporated as an outcome in order to continue progression, but maintains one key objective which is to increase performance while simultaneously developing other areas.
Incorporating explosive power training to develop and grow strength whilst conditioning the body, whether for weight loss, muscle/strength building or body recomposition – involving intensive, dynamic movements, pushing the body harder and faster.
