When it comes to personal goals, whether to lose weight or build muscle, nutrition will always remain a challenge for some individuals due to the sheer complexity of its process.

Where nutition can become more rigorous is when training for a specific sport or event, in this case, nutrition can become more refined and strict with its tracking and planning process, as well as planning of specific macronutrients in relation to your training - however, nutrition does not necessarily need to be massively over complicated as even the most basic understanding can achieve results.

Here you will find a wide selection, but not limited to, of meals I have made previously that I incorporate into client nutriton programmes as well as being my own personal choices, and hopefully show how the most simple of meals do not have to be ‘boring’ and can be effective.

I have also provided the nutritional information for each meal featured as to allow you to understand the calorie & macronutrient values of each meal - however, it is worth noting that the information is based on the rather larger quantity in the picture & bespoke meal programmes would see these quantities change to correspond to your own individual training & goals which would alter & dictate different calorie & macronutrient intakes.
